Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of WhoCuts mobile applications and the website at whocuts.app.

The service

WhoCuts provides tools for discovering barbers and shops, booking appointments, and related features for customers, barbers, and shop owners. We do not provide barbering services ourselves; shops and barbers are independent providers.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may delete your account in the app at any time; after deletion you will lose access to bookings, wallet balances, and shop tools tied to that account.

Bookings and payments

Booking confirmations, cancellations, no-show policies, and pricing are set by shops/barbers unless otherwise stated. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Fees and refunds follow the applicable shop policy and payment provider terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, post unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific booking outcomes with third-party shops.
