This Privacy Policy explains how WhoCuts (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WhoCuts mobile applications and the website at whocuts.app.

Information we collect

We may collect account details (such as name, email, phone), profile information, booking and transaction data, device and usage information, location (when you allow it), photos or media you upload, and communications you send to support.

How we use information

We use information to provide booking and marketplace features, process payments, personalize discovery, send transactional notifications, improve the product, prevent fraud, and communicate about the service.

Sharing

We share information with service providers (for example hosting, analytics, messaging, and payment processors such as Stripe), with shops/barbers as needed to fulfill bookings, and when required by law.

Your choices

You may update profile information in the app and control notification, camera, photo library, and location permissions on your device. You can delete your account at any time in the WhoCuts app under Settings → Delete account (or Profile → Delete account). Deletion removes or anonymizes personal data associated with your account, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or accounting purposes (for example completed payments).
